CIS polybutadiene rubber is an important variety of synthetic rubber. Br 9000 adopts nickel solution polymerization technology, takes 1,3-butadiene as monomer raw material, adopts three kettle continuous polymerization operation process for polymerization reaction, and applies catalyst premixing process technology, differential pressure condensation technology, horizontal heat pump technology, robot stacking technology. Mooney viscosity is stable at 44-46mpa · S. the finished rubber has good physical properties, tensile strength of 16MPa, tensile strength of more than 420%, good elasticity and high cold resistance, It has good wear resistance. At present, it has been successfully applied in three sets of domestic devices, realizing the localization of the design, manufacture and installation of large-scale equipment.

Product performance
Low glass transition temperature, high elasticity, good flexion resistance, good wear resistance, small subsequent loss, small heat generation, good miscibility with other rubbers, small grip, poor wet slip resistance, low tensile strength and tear resistance. Excellent wear resistance, good bending resistance and flexibility.
APPLICATIONS
It is mainly used in the tire industry to manufacture tread and sidewall, as well as other wear-resistant products, such as bicycle tires, irrigation, rubber plates, conveyor belts, shoes.
